Get outside

Instead of sitting inside or at a screen, we get out in nature for a walk while talking. This is gentle movement, not a workout but a chance to spend time outside while working together with what's happening in your life. 

Connect with nature

I work in a few green spaces around East London. Connection to the natural world has been proven to benefit our psychological wellbeing. This type of therapy can help reduce anxiety, boost endorphins and provide grounding to enable processing of painful emotions.

Connect with yourself

If the weather is bad we can still walk! This connection with nature can help us to see emotions and experiences with a new perspective. But if you'd prefer, we can switch to working online. Get in touch to find out more and book in a session.
